Sugar Pine Reservoir - June 20, 2009
This beautiful five mile hike is at approximately 4000', in the shade and all along the shore of the Sugar Pine Reservoir. The trail meanders through pine trees and groves of manzanita. It crosses babbling Shirttail and Forbes Creeks and two bridges and offers a view of this unique little island that is close enough to swim to for those who want a dip. It is a flat trail with a few ups and downs.
