Jack London State Park 3/10
This is a 9-10 mile moderate hike with 1,800 foot elevation gain. On the trail there are great redwoods, grassy meadows, oak woodlands, madrone and manzanita galore. There are canyons and several streams of water. Along the way we look forward to seeing an array of spring flowers. The trail will end at the east ridge of Sonoma Mountain, which offers a panoramic view of the valley below. Also at the park entrance we can visit the Jack London Museum and London's experimental ranch. We will have a late lunch at Mary;s Pizza Shack in Sonoma.
